Neil Dvorak earned a BA in Fine Arts from Binghamton University in 2005. A native of White Plains, New York, he recently ventured west to San Francisco. There he explores Fictional Cartography, mappings he terms “Functioning Artifacts.” These charts encourage a formalist foray into the imaginary.
